Emma Pettit
Emma Pettit is Co-Founder of Margaret, a creative studio and global communications company specialising in culture. With a background in arts PR, having studied an MA in Film, Emma previously worked in the press office at the Institute of Contemporary Arts where she led on publicity campaigns across their visual arts, film and music programmes. In 2008 she published the book Old Rare New: The Independent Record Shop, with Black Dog Publishing.
Emma is Head of Arts & Culture at Margaret, leading on cultural communications campaigns, impact marketing and partnerships. Covering film distributors, art biennales, publishers, museums and galleries, her clients currently include MUBI, The Photographers’ Gallery, Modern Films, Dogwoof, Marshmallow Laser Feast, Invisible Dust and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall.
