Niamh Tuft

Niamh is a curator and cultural programmer working at the intersection of creativity, climate action and community. She trained as a fashion curator and went on to work for the British Council developing international programmes in fashion and design. Alongside the British Fashion Council, she developed the International Fashion Showcase into a key platform for emerging international designers within London Fashion Week. The programme supported designers like Thebe Magugu and Duran Lantink at the earliest stages of their careers.

At Fashion Revolution, she worked with activists and campaigners from over 100 countries to campaign for a fashion industry that places people and planet over profit. This included expanding  their Fashion Open Studio programme globally and led to collaboratively curating projects at COP26 and State of Fashion biennial in the Netherlands.  Niamh then worked at University of the Arts London on their Climate Action Plan, honing a specialism in fashion, design and sustainability. She is currently a Cultural Programming Manager in Waltham Forest.
